Parking Information
There is limited parking, including Handicapped Parking, in the lots located behind the building (next to Fair Oaks ER) and also in front of the building. However, there is ample parking in the parking garage next to the 3620 building, which requires a short walk. Please allow adequate time for parking prior to your appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT on the Cigna Connect plan or any MEDICAID medical insurance plans (including Anthem HealthKeepers Plus). Please call our office at 703.389.1027 if you have any questions. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure coverage.
What Should I Expect at my first visit?
If you have not completed the forms available under “New Patient Forms” on this website, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to do so.
Dr. Hartzell will review your symptoms, as well as any tests or lab work you have had done. He will ask questions to clarify and design a treatment plan accordingly. You will also have ample time to ask any questions you may have as we schedule an hour for new patient appointments.
Follow up appointments are scheduled on the half hour.
